OUR HISTORY

Our award-winning chapter, founded in 1997, is a member of the Texas Federation of Women's Clubs and the General Federation of Women's Clubs(GFWC).  GFWC is the largest and oldest nondenominational, international volunteer service organization in the world with it's headquarters located in Washington, DC. 

 

 

 

OUR MISSION

GREATER SOUTHLAKE WOMEN'S SOCIETY is a tax-exempt non profit service organization open to women who desire to be active in Southlake and surrounding communities.  We are dedicated to supporting philanthropic causes.  With unity, we promote education and the arts, encourage civic involvement, and strive to preserve natural resources.  We have forged a common bond with those of like interests to improve community life, while attaining personal development.
