Texas Federation of
Women's Clubs is a member of the South Central Region of The
General Federation of Women's Clubs, the largest and oldest
nondenominational, nonpartisan, international service organization of
volunteer women in the world.
GFWC/Texas Federation of Women's Club members include officials,
homemakers, corporate executives, college students and retirees. There
are 8,057 members in 300 clubs in Texas.

General Federation of
Women's Clubs (GFWC) is one of the world's largest and oldest
women's volunteer service organizations. Working locally through
thousands of clubs in the United States and globally in more than 20
countries, GFWC members support the arts, preserve natural resources,
promote education, encourage healthy lifestyles, stress civic
involvement, and work toward world peace and understanding.
